I am now practising mainly in Estate litigation and Probate.
I have happily come to this from many years of insurance, personal injuries, commercial and defamation litigation as a partner at Mahonys.
I was admitted to practise in 1967 after completing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
Helping claimants or executors in TFM claims is an expanding practice area and resolving this collision between competing family interests and the law is fascinating. It is also rewarding to help executors and beneficiaries through the Probate process where generally there is no conflict and everyone works towards the same result.
My personal interests include tennis, golf, squash, novels, films, wine and travel (and how to find time for them with my wife and family).
