I studied a combination of Arts, (with a major in Psychology) and Law at Adelaide University from 1995 until 2002. I graduated with automatic honours and also completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the SA Law Society in February 2003, which is similar to Victorian Articles. I was admitted to practice in April 2003 in South Australia and after working in a small country firm (In Gawler, near the Barossa, where I used to live), I then moved to a city firm Duddy Shopov, where I was introduced to Workers Compensation and later, Minter Ellison, who are currently the sole provider of legal services to WorkCover SA.

My past Workers Compensation experience was in statutory benefits, but on beginning with Wisewoulds in January 2008, I now work in the area of serious injuries, which is a challenge that I enjoy.

I am not sure what made me move to Melbourne. Maybe the shopping... definitely not the weather, the winter here has nearly killed me. But I like it here and I love working at Wisewould Mahony. It is a firm that has made me feel at home very quickly. I look forward to improving my professional skills here and providing great services to our client.
