I was admitted to practice in the early 1960s. I was originally articled and first employed and later a partner with Cleary Ross & Doherty. I have essentially remained with that original firm, albeit in its various merged descriptions, namely Cleary Ross and later Mahonys since that time. Over that period I practiced in a wide area of law. However in recent years this has mainly been in areas of general practice.

Such areas of general practice include Conveyancing of all types relating to purchase, sale and mortgage, property matters generally including Old Law Conversions, various applications under the Transfer of Land Act including lost Titles and adverse possession of land, and subdivision work.

As well as that for many years I have practiced in the area involving deceased Estate matters of all sorts and degree of complexity, and including Estate disputes, preparation and advice relating to Wills and Testamentary Trusts, Power of Attorney of various sorts.
