In 2007 I completed a Bachelor of Laws after having previously completed a Bachelor of Arts/Professional Writing with Honours in Philosophy. My 20,000 word honours thesis on medical ethics sparked my interest in the law (as well as the prospect of having a 'real job') so I decided to sign myself up for another three years of study, and now I can say I am honestly glad that I did.
During my law studies I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to study at Hong Kong University as part of the Duke University Summer Program in Transnational Law. This insight into US and international law prompted me to complete a Master of Laws in Global Business Law, with particular focus on US law, in January 2008.
I completed Articles at Wisewoulds and have always had a passion for litigation so I was pleased to accept a position in the WorkCover Common Law team in December 2008. So far my introduction to this department has been exciting and challenging, and while there's a lot to learn, I have the constant support of an exceptional group of people.

Outside of work most of my time is spent with my seven-year-old daughter.
I also love travelling overseas, reading as many non-legal books as possible, horse riding and supporting the mighty Bombers.
