Good news story!

We are pleased to have recently assisted a major international corporate client in settling a volatile commercial dispute which had the potential to irreparably damage their business in the Australian market.

The key to resolving the matter (which occurred on agreed terms) was being able to react swiftly to the client's predicament and be totally focused on the clients needs. Our senior partner and consultant, specialised in the area, fully devoted their time to the matter and were able to negotiate a process by which the matter could be mediated without the need to issue Court proceedings or seek injunctive action.

The end result was that the client's issue was resolved quickly on commercial terms that enabled them to continue to carry on business with minimal interruptions.

Their overall legal costs were significantly less than what would have been the case had Court proceedings been issued.
