Wisewould Mahony Welcome New Solicitors
Wisewould Mahony is excited to welcome its five newest solicitors to the firm following their admission to practice law at a ceremony at the Supreme Court of Victoria on Tuesday, 21 April 2009.
Anna Dodgshun, Bec Littlejohn, Cain McGirr, Josh Strong and Stephanie Koochew commenced their articles with Wisewould Mahony in March 2008 and spent the past year rotating through each of the firm's work practices.
Anna, Bec and Stephanie have now joined our WorkCover team, Cain is working in Property Law and Mortgage Services while Josh has been placed in our Employment & Workplace Relations and Commercial Litigation departments.
Admission day is a proud moment in the career of any lawyer, and we wish the new solicitors well in their exciting new roles.
In the meantime, four new trainee solicitors commenced with Wisewould Mahony in March 2009 – due to a change in the Legal Profession (Admission) Rules 2008, graduate recruits to law firms are no longer called "articled clerks" but are instead referred to as "trainees". We welcome Alice Kwong, Danielle Black Michael Palmer and Nick Lavender and wish them the best of luck during their year-long traineeship.
