To invest you must first apply to become an investor.
To do this you must complete the Application Form attached to WNL’s Product Disclosure Statement.
The Application Form, once completed and signed by you, can then be returned to us together with a cheque for the amount you wish to invest.
Your investment amount is processed and then deposited into an interest bearing account with a bank prior to being invested in a mortgage investment offered to you by WNL.
If you wish to receive a hard copy of the Product Disclosure Statement you can contact us via email, post or telephone. Alternatively you are able to download the Product Disclosure Statement from this website.
